wwwck Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations as a Player

By accessing the wwwck platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

wwwck reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one active account on wwwck. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wwwck reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated bets, bonuses, and balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

wwwck conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. You may be required to submit documents such as a national identity card, passport, or proof of address and payment method ownership. Account functionality, including withdrawals, may be restricted until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify wwwck support at [email protected] immediately.

wwwck accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at wwwck's discretion and will be reflected on the deposits page within the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes during normal operating hours.
• Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• wwwck does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside wwwck's control.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered player are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for wwwck's operational expenses.

wwwck reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in volume or frequency. Deposits suspected of originating from fraudulent or unauthorised sources will be reversed and reported as required.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability and any applicable withdrawal limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed within the player account dashboard.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing may take longer outside business hours or on public holidays.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing times are subject to the issuing bank and may take 1–5 business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity and payment verification checks. wwwck reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.

Withdrawals of bonus funds or funds derived from bonus wagering are subject to the specific terms of the relevant bonus offer. A withdrawal request that includes unwagered bonus funds may have the bonus portion removed prior to processing.

All sports and cricket bets placed on wwwck are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, competition, and market type as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming. wwwck does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a market is voided.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency. wwwck reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded or after a key event (such as a wicket or goal) that was not yet reflected in the live odds feed.
• In the event of a match or competition being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with wwwck's rules for the relevant sport. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip and within the relevant market.
• wwwck reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using odds that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Casino games available on wwwck — including live dealer games, slots, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is subject to the rules published within the game interface itself as well as these general Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wwwck and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, disconnection during a game round, or delayed bet settlement.
• Losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or omissions.

wwwck's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

wwwck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity detected on the account.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• A court order, regulatory directive, or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where termination is due to dormancy or at the player's own request with no outstanding Terms violations, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard verification.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or changes that are more favourable to players) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the wwwck platform after any amended Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and wwwck arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution procedures. wwwck will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly.
